In flux, the world is populated by small and bright creatures. The player can draw a line called flux that will put them in motion. The fluxes can be intertwined, and thus, create a network that the creatures will navigate. Their movement tends to create a hypnotizing effect, which is a main part of the visual aspect of the game. FLUX is about drawing, experimenting, creating movement and contemplating.
I worked on this project as Game Designer and Programmer.
On this project I did the following tasks:
– Design and programming of the core system
– Design of the main game systems and mechanics
– Work on the game feel and the sense of immersion
– Programmation of the membrane-like shader
